I am in need of some help. I am needing to make a CD label, and I'm printing on the Avery template 8692 (which is not one of the templates I can choose from.) When I go in to try and add this template, it requires me to enter the number of rows and columns, but they are cd labels....they don't have rows or columns.

Also, when I printed a test page, it not only printed in the wrong place, but the picture/image quality was terrible!! It was super blurry!!

I'm about ready to return this product. Any help would be VERY appreciated!

I have Calendar Creator 12.1 and can not figure out why the calendar continues to duplicate itself. They tell me its a functionality problem. Just help me.

The best way to make that label is to edit a ready-made 8692 label. Go to the ready-made CD/DVD Label projects and choose one of the labels you see with the spines on the left side and the round label on the right side.

BTW, this label sheet is one column, two rows, but can't be created with the custom paper stock wizard because it isn't just a round label or a rectangular label - it's a combo of both.

3.0 doesn't print raster graphics super sharp, but they shouldn't be super blurry either, when the print settings are set to best and the image resolution of the digital file is 300 dpi.

I can't understand the problem you're describing, since I've never heard of a calendar "duplicating itself" or even know what that means. Could you try to develop a detailed description of what you've done, and what you see, and post it in the Calendar Creator forum? (This is a forum for The Print Shop 3.0.)

Duplicate? What do you mean? You have a whole lot of BCC files that are the same? The calendar projects don't duplicate themselves. They are determined by an algorithm that makes the calendar perpetual, both forward and backward. For example, you can jump ahead to the year 2030 to see what day of the week your birthday will be.
