Printmaster wont print 13" wide banner - 10/1/2013 10:02:45 PM    Mongoosmike   Posts: 1 Joined: 10/1/2013 Status: offline I recently purchased Printmaster platinum and have tried to print banners on an Epson R2000 wide format printer, and the only size that come out is 8" high, by 36", (or actually, wide), and the length is fine, 36". When I adjust the print settings for 12.95x36" then the banner still only prints out an 8" high picture, but in the middle of the 13" paper. I have used earlier versions of Printmaster with my previous wide format printer, an Epson 1520, at 17 " wide by 44" with no problem. There are no settings that I can see that will make the banners come out 12.95" wide by 36, 44" or whatever length I need. Thank you for your help, and if the software states that it prints banners, and if there is no other option to adjust to printing properties to achieve 13" x 36, or 44, 46 " banners, then I will need to look into options for returning the software and receiving a refund. (the newer version 6.0 can) If you can export as PDF, then you can open it in Adobe Reader and print it 13x36. If there are newer drivers for your Epson, it's possible that installing the latest driver will also solve your problem. Alternatively, you can download the free cute PDF convertor which has lot of large format page sizes. "Print" your banner to PDF and print it from Adobe Reader which can easily scale your print to fit whatever size paper you choose. < Message edited by ellengard -- 10/1/2013 11:20:57 PM > (in reply to Mongoosmike) Post #: 2
