PS 23; error: "You do not have access rights to mo... - 6/27/2014 11:01:34 AM    asterix   Posts: 1 Joined: 6/25/2010 Status: offline PS 23; error: "You do not have access rights to modify this file. Please contat your administrator" I ahve Windows 8.1 64 and it was doing so on win 7-64 before too. How to reproduce the problem. I create a project, I save it. It was also not 100% compatible with Win 7. Version 23.1 is Win 7 compatible, but NOT compatible with Win 8.1. (in reply to asterix) Post #: 2
