I have printmaster 18.0
I am using windows Vista 64 bit OS
When I click on the tab "Online" and select any of the options I get a browser window with the message "Please Wait...

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

The log file for database 'Redirect' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space.

/redirect.asp, line 75 "
I was trying to cllick the update to see if that would help with my getting the online graphics problem I am having.
I don't understand the message and what it is trying to get me to do.
anyone have any information concerning this?

Hi nonnox15,

We are currently having some issues with the servers that have the online content. We expect this to be resolved later on today.
