Can someone please help me Reconfigure the double-sided printing wizard in print shop deluxe 23.1? I am using windows 10.

That may not be possible because version 23.1 is not supported in Win10. That's not to say it won't run on Win10 - it may for some people and it won't for others. However, often the compatibility issue can exist between Win10 and an older printer driver. Check for a Win10 compatible driver for your model of printer.

If you can't run the double-sided printing wizard, you may have to print side 1 first, then manually reinsert the sheet and print side 2. Make a note of how side 1 comes out, for example, top of page comes out on the left edge of the printer. Then you will know how to reinsert the sheet so the print comes out properly on the back.
