It isn't deleted until you close the program. edited: Wait, I take that back. I just removed a custom stock I had made, and it is gone from the drop down menu for "Change the Paper Stock". I can't open anything printshop 21 was saved in with .lbl. I upgraded to Windows 10 and regret it. I had to upgrade to Printshop 4.0 and I don't like it. Printshop 21 was Aalto better.
