		 On some computers, you may encounter an error where the Print Shop 3.5 update mechanism fails to work. This is caused by not having the .NET Framework 4.0 on your computer.       Please use the following link to download the NET Framework 4.0: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17851      Once this is installed, run the Print Shop 3.5 update mechanism again and it should update your copy to 3.5.5
