I am trying to print 2 mail merged names multiple times on one sheet of labels. Every time I print the 2 names are printed separately on several sheets. Any suggestions?

When you print, it's important that you have the following setup:

One contact per item

Repeat contacts to end is unchecked.

If these options are not selected , you will get a bunch of unwanted names repeating front to end.

Go to Setup Mail Merge on the Home tab to reconfigure it to these settings.

I suppose you could leave repeat contacts to end unchecked and set your page range in the print options to 1 if it's only 1 sheet you're after.

This would be then one contact per item.
