I am running Windows 7. When I click to save, nothing happens, the collection does not save. When I click Save As, the error message - Calendar Creator 12 has stopped working - displays. Windows then closes the program. I have rebooted, I have powered the machine off, I reset the comparability to Windows 7 in the program properties. Nothing seems to resolve the issue. Any ideas?

Have a look at this past thread where a user encountered the same error:
http://forums.encoreusa.com/fb.asp?m=45817

It sounds like the collection is corrupted in some way.

Did you make any recent changes to it, perhaps adding large images?

Can you open another collection or start and save a new one?

If you have a backup of the current collection, you might try to open it (or preferably, a copy of it).

Here is an additional thread to review:
http://forums.encoreusa.com/fb.asp?m=36820

See if you can find a .bak file that you can copy before doing any more with the original .bcc file.
