Are all my YEARS of projects from previous versions lost? - 9/11/2011 5:24:01 PM    icepurple   Posts: 1 Joined: 9/11/2011 Status: offline I have had printmaster software for years. I upgraded my operating system from XP to Windows 7 and was unable to re-install printmaster 17. So I got a bright idea and said HEY! I'll upgrade my printmaster software to the latest and greatest. So can someone tell me what did I spend all my money for the latest software for if all my years of work is lost. This cannot be happening, there has got to be a way to use those projects from prior versions. So what makes a new version so great if years of work can't be accessed????? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!! And, that is because PrintMaster 2012 is not a true upgrade of the earlier versions of PrintMaster. If you purchased PrintMaster 2012 within the last 30 days, please do keep in mind that you are eligible for a refund - even after the software has been opened and installed. And, if you will click on the link below http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=37938 you will see that PrintMaster 17 can be successfully installed on even a 64-bit version of Windows 7.
