Hello, I just upgraded to the TPS 3.5 Pro. I use it mainly for certificates. I have been trying to create my own certificate however I cannot find anywhere to add borders. All the previous versions I have allow border choices for projects. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Try this. Click Clip Art Button. Leave search box blank. Choose Clip Art from the second drop-down box. From the Filtering Options drop-down, select Category "Borders", Subcategory "Designs".
