I bought a HP about a year ago with WIN 8.1 - I have since upgrade to Win 10 - when I open Print Shop 4.0 it freezes. nothing will work. I have to use Task Manger to close Print shop 4.0. any suggestions as to why??-- I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4.0 with same results.

This would be something that Encore Technical Support can help you with. The link to submit a support ticket is located at http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/Default.aspx

Type in "Print Shop 4.0" in the search box and choose the version that you have. Review the articles on the link you click and if you don't find a resolution to your problem, on each article it gives telephone contact info and a link to submit a ticket if you like.

These forums are primarily for functionality support with how to use the program.
