adding new label sizes to printshop 4 - 8/12/2016 3:00:25 PM    farmdinner   Posts: 1 Joined: 8/12/2016 Status: offline I am trying to add a new label size to the printshop version 4 program that I just purchased (Avery 6791). I enter all the data and hit save then get a message that says: A given key was not present in the dictionary. I have tried is several times with the same result. I'm not sure if it's a Win 10 issue. I kept Win 7 and adding new label stocks is not a problem, so if you want to post the data you used for Avery 6791, I can create a project file for you so you can work on your labels right away. Then if you submit a tech support ticket, hopefully they have a fix. If so, please share!
