Hi Jill, For Broderbund programs, the only time a registry key error message is normally encountered is when Microsoft® .NET Framework 1.1 is not properly installed. However, the registry key error message is not normally encountered when trying to open the Address Book. So, your problem might not be specifically related to Microsoft® .NET Framework 1.1. I don't know for a fact that this will solve your problem, but it certainly couldn't hurt to do a thorough uninstall of Print Shop 22, as described in this FAQ Uninstalling Software: Thoroughly & Safely then do a thorough computer cleanup, as described in this FAQ Computer Cleanup on WinXP, WinVista & Win7 then do a 'clean' reinstall of Print Shop 22, as described in this FAQ 'Clean' Install on Win98/Me/XP/2000/Vista/Win7 Then, please post back here and let me know if this problem is solved.
