I upgraded from CC10 to CC12 because I was having a problem with saving. However, I cannot save or export any calendars. As soon as I click any Save (as other, as PDF, etc) the program crashes.
Any advice?

Hi szyaz,

It is most certainly not normal for CC12 to crash when you try to "save" or "save as". Such a problem would have to be caused by either a corrupt installation or a problem on the computer.

The quickest solution might be to click on this link

Computer Cleanup on WinXP, WinVista & Win7

then follow the directions in that FAQ.

If a computer cleanup does not solve the problem, the only logical recommendation would be to perform the following steps:

A. Click on this link

Updating Video Card Driver: 2000/XP/Vista/7/Mac OS X 10.4.0 and later

then follow the directions in that FAQ.

After updating the video card driver, check the program to see if the problem has been fixed. If it has not been fixed, proceed with the steps below.

B. Click on this link

Uninstalling Software: Thoroughly & Safely

then follow the directions in that FAQ for uninstalling CC12

To make sure that all remnants of the program have been removed, it is VERY important to follow ALL directions in that FAQ for searching the hard drive. It is also VERY important to keep in mind that the registry should NOT be edited manually to remove remnants of the program. Instead, the registry should be cleaned ONLY by performing Step #4 in the "Computer Cleanup on WinXP & WinVista" FAQ recommended below.

C. Click on this link

Computer Cleanup on WinXP, WinVista & Win7

then follow the directions in that FAQ AGAIN.

Even though you performed the Computer Cleanup before you uninstalled CC 12, it is extremely important to perform the Computer Cleanup again before reinstalling CC 12.

To make sure that all problems have been found, it is VERY important to perform ALL 7 steps. It is also very important to NOT perform any procedures that are not recommended in this FAQ.

D. Click on this link

'Clean' Install on Win98/Me/XP/2000/Vista/Win7

then follow the directions in that FAQ for reinstalling CC12
