Projects created in previous versions of The Print Shop® cannot be opened in The Print Shop 2.0.

Minimum System Requirements

Windows XP(32 & 64-bit)® SP3/ Windows Vista(32 & 64-bit)®SP1/Windows 7(32 & 64-bit)® *
Pentium IV 2.2 GHz processor or faster
1 GB RAM for Windows XP (2GB RAM for Windows Vista & Windows 7)
3.5 GB** Hard Drive Space
Display: 1024 X 768, 32-bit Color color
DirectX® 9.0c of higher
32MB Video Card, sound card, speakers
Microsoft® .NET Framework 3.5(included on DVD)
Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
Windows-compatible mouse & keyboard
1.5Mbps broadband or faster and Internet Service Provider account required***

*Administrator privileges are required to properly install the program on Windows XP® , Windows Vista® , Windows 7®

** System Configuration: The amount of hard disk space required can vary if you already have one or more required components (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer) installed on your system. Adjustments to your system configuration and/or updates to the hardware component drivers may be required.

***User is responsible for all Internet access fees and phone charges.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:

Since the Print Shop 2.0 Minimum System Requirements specifically states that a 1.5Mbps broadband or faster and Internet Service Provider account is required, what that means is that

Print Shop 2.0 is not designed to access the online content when the only internet connection is dial-up.

So, anyone with only a dial-up connection who has purchased Print Shop 2.0 from a retail store within the last 90 days or from either broderbund.com or encore.com within the last 30 days, can request a refund - even after the product has been installed.
