PrintMaster 2.0 does not recognize any of my external d... - 10/25/2010 2:34:47 PM    DTphoto58   Posts: 1 Joined: 10/25/2010 Status: offline Why is it that the program does not recognize any of my external drives when trying to retrieve an image for use or for saving projects? RE: PrintMaster 2.0 does not recognize any of my extern... - 10/25/2010 3:09:11 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Hi DTphoto58, When you click on the 'Add Photo' button to retrieve an image for use, the 'Add Photo' window should open - with the items below listed on the left side of that window Recent Items Desktop My Documents Computer Network To access all of the drives on your computer, all you should have to do is to click on the 'Computer' button. After clicking on the 'Computer' button, all drives on your computer should be displayed in the main window. When you click on 'File' in the menubar, then select 'Save As', the 'Save' window will open - with the same items listed.
