I use Printmaster Platinum 16 and have been given Greeting Cards Deluxe (Printmaster) GSP by a friend. Could you tell me what the differences are if any.

Hi jinky,

The biggest difference between PrintMaster 16 (which is an Encore product) and PrintMaster Greeting Cards Deluxe (which is a Riverdeep product) is that PrintMaster Greeting Cards Deluxe is a MUCH older program than PrintMaster 16.

PrintMaster Greeting Cards Deluxe was released in 2001, about the same time that WinXP was released.

PrintMaster 16 was released in 2004.

So, my guess would be that PrintMaster Greeting Cards Deluxe would not contain all of the features that are found in PrintMaster 16.

Have just had a notice that says "Your project has been saved to disc. However it could not be added to the Project Gallery"
What does this mean and how do I correct it.

It means that when you want to reopen that project, you will have to browse to where you saved it. It will not appear as a shortcut thumbnail in the Project Gallery.

Try saving again to see if it gets added to the Project Gallery.

Yes I realise that, but it has always done it before so why has it stopped doing it and how do I get it back to saving the picture in the Project Gallery???
Now have another problem, the name of the project comes up on the wrong picture, in fact the one before, also the labels section comes up on top of the quarter fold picture section in the project gallery.
I have Printmaster Platinum 16 and am wondering whether to change to 18??

Search the pinned threads. You'll find one about corrupted Project Gallery. Follow the advice for clearing and resetting the Project Gallery.
