Hi pwedman, As can be seen in the image at the bottom of this message, "An internet connection is required to access the clip art and ready-made projects". Since I am able to access the clip art, that would indicate that you are experiencing a Technical problem. If you are not able to fix the problem, your only option would be to click on the link below http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=24071 then follow the directions in that FAQ for contacting Technical Support - because, Encore has requested that all users who are experiencing Technical problems with Print Shop 3.0 be advised to contact Technical Support. Please note that the Print Shop 3.0 subroutine which accesses PrintShopPacks.com on the right side of the Print Shop 3.0 workspace is not the same subroutine which accesses the templates and clipart on the left side of the Print Shop 3.0 workspace. So, if/when you are not able to access the templates and clicpart, you should still be able to access PrintShopPacks.com
