PrintShop 3 Prints blank pages - 11/13/2012 7:15:15 PM    Gregg3G   Posts: 2 Joined: 11/13/2012 Status: offline I just loaded PrintShop 3 (3.0.6.0) and I tried to print my first project and the printer looks like it is going to print and then spits out the page blank. I have an HP Laptop, running Windows 7 64bit. The printer I am printing to is an HP3100 series. I tried the Print Alignment and it printed a page with a two lines and an A and B on it. I need to get my first project printed - an invitation - and need to get them in the mail. Please help! Post #: 1

If the program and the printer are not communicating, often the solution is to download and install the latest drivers for your model of printer. Since this is a technical problem, you may want to contact technical support. This is a user-to-user forum for functionality support such as "how do I change a photo to sepia color?" As an immediate workaround so that you can print right away, save your project as JPG, best quality. Then open a program that you know has no printing issues, add the JPG, resize and reposition as necessary, and print. If you have a better PDF program than the one that comes with Print Shop, you can try printing to your PDF program. Open the resulting PDF in Adobe Reader and print the PDF file. Unfortunately, the Save As PDF that comes with Print Shop, creates a low resolution image that will print blurry. That would probably not be good enough for your invitations.
