I have an issue where a user is trying to print a project and TPS Deluxe ver. 3.0.5.0 just closes. She is a local admin on her W7 Pro 32-bit computer. The computer is a Dell Optiplex390. I uninstalled the software, reinstalled and then started getting an error "The program can't start because MSVCR100_CLR0400.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." This took some time to troubleshoot, but it turned out a repair of her .NET 4.0 fixed it. But still unable to print a project without it closing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the situation a networked environment? The program will not work when installed on a server for use by multiple computers.
