I have PS 3.0 Professional. I am trying to make a template for 2 1/4 pinback buttons. I get one set up, but can't find any directions as to how to duplicate it to put more than one on a page. I can get the first one done, but can't click "duplicate" (as I haven't found anywhere that that function exists) and drag the item to another position to fill up the page. When I try that, each part moves separately (there is an outer circle, an inner circle which indicates where the print has to be to not go off the edges of the button, and the items I wish to print on the buttons) and I can't get it relined up properly. Am I just out of luck, or is there a way to take the first image and reproduce it so that I can fit 9 or so images on my paper?

Thanks for any help!!!

Select all, copy, paste:
Drag cursor to capture all images, Ctrl-c, Ctrl-v.

Alternatively, you could do a Label Sheet project, Avery 5294 Round Label. This automatically duplicates your design 12 times on the page, each one up to 2.5 wide and tall.

Where do I find the "Select All", "Copy", and "Paste"? When I bring up the template I've started, it just shows "Project", "View", and "Sharing". Everything else is grayed out (and I am running 3.0.5.0).

I am apparently extremely dense. I can't get it to drag and drop all the items at the same time, I'm having to do them one at a time - outer circle, inner circle, text, and shape.

If you are having trouble selecting by dragging the cursor, then use the select all hotkey: Ctrl-a

I strongly recommend the Label Sheet project instead as it is designed to be a multi-up project without you having to manually duplicate and position everything.

The only problem with the label sheet is that it won't have the inner guideline for where the print has to be contained to show up on the button and not be crimped around the sides. The total size is 2 1/4, but the inner ring is only 2.0-something. Thus my hesitancy in using them.

Add an inner guideline.

How does one add the inner guideline?

I drew it with the shape tool. You can also use the unprintable guides by dragging from the rulers.
