You could use a LABEL SHEET project that does 10 labels per sheet, but use card stock, not labels obviously. Add a text box to the lower half of each label. Type a name into the text box. Score the labels, cut and fold. If you purchased pre-perforatted, pre-scored card stock, use a label sheet project that exactly matches the layout OR if no match, create your own label sheet using a table.
