Outlook Mail? If Outlook, read this thread: http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=39089 If something else, the concept of exporting names is the same. If you decide that creating the required Address Book in order to do a merge, is too much work, then just type the names into a table sized to fit your label sheet. If you had trouble finding the print merge info in the help files, this thread shows the info found there: http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=24683
