I installed Printmaster 18 on my laptop with Windows 10. When I try to save my project as a PDF file a pop-up window comes up "printer not activated error code 20"
and when I close the window a pop-up is under it that says "PMW cant start print job" then a box "error occurred while printing. I need to save my projects as a PDF
so I can send them to my office to print. Can someone tell me how to fix this or what Printmaster I need so I can continue using it? I love Printmaster and have been
using it for years and I am not ready to change. Thanks for your help.

You'll need to use a different PDF writer as the Broderbund one that is built into v18, won't work on Win10. (Actually, I am surprised PM18 works on Win10 at all!) There's a good and free PDF writer at
http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp

After installing, you need only print your project, selecting the cutePDF printer, to create your PDF.
