When I attempt to import contacts into the address book, it does not work.
Everything appears normal, but 0 contacts are imported. I'm using a
csv file exported from Windows Live Mail. How do I fix this?

Could you please clarify the version of the program you are using? You posted in the PrintMaster 7 forums but may have meant to post to the Calendar Creator forums.

I am going to send you a private message with my email address. Once you get my email address, could you attach the CSV file so that I can try it out on my system and see what's going on?

Was not able to import it. Appeared the same way you found it. It's probably the formatting used and different from what it expects in Outlook.

So I have to build the address book manually? Is there any way to fix this?

I can pass on this feedback to the developers. Can I also submit the file you have shared with me to the developers so that they can test this on their end as well?

When importing a CSV file to a new address book, it's important that the headers match EXACTLY which means you may have to open your CSV file in Notepad and edit the headers. For example, in The Print Shop 4.0, the field is called "PrimaryAddressLine1" whereas the corresponding field in the file from Outlook may be called "Street" (just guessing since I don't use Outlook)

However, don't go making edits just yet as I have found even exporting my Print Shop Address Book as a CSV file, the program couldn't import it! So yes, something is definitely amiss.

I also had similar questions when importing an address book. Therefore, it is important for me to solve this, especially I'm now going through a challenging time when I have a lot of assignments to be ready for. At the same time, I'm creating a statement of purpose. It turned out to be a big problem for me, so I made the decision to ask help from statement of purpose writer. I can only finish things swiftly and go on to the next phase of my life in this way.
