I upgraded my computer to Windows 10 OS, and can no longer open PrintmMaster Platinum 16. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I get the same error messages:

"Error opening HKLM with ALL ACCESS - setting up the registry!"
"Error attempting to open with write access one or more Configuration Files for Hashing!"

I use this program to mail merge labels, and am on a timeline for several projects. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Although this program is not compatible with Windows 10 if you are getting these errors the most logical solution would be to right click on the desktop shortcut and select run as administrator.

Otherwise if it does not work, there will be no patches to update this program to be compatible with Windows 10.

If you know of the location of the files I would suggest to do a full backup of all of your projects onto an external medium and access a computer that's capable of running this program. Some files can be exported to JPG which can be used to import into PM v7.

No problems. Our newest version PM7 has a new mail feature, I'm not clear on it but I need to learn more about it.
