Well, I found some free fonts that might work.
I find it interesting that Thunderbird email can find Arial Black and Open Office can find Arial Black but Printshop 4.0 cannot.
That really indicates to me that the problem is with Broderbund and no one else.

You forgot I said Adobe Photoshop Elements also does not see Arial Black.

Jason,
I just went through tech support using your link.
Had me uninstall the program. Reinstall from a new link. Did both several times until it installed correctly. They said that would resolve the issue.
It is exactly as it was in the beginning.

Total waste of time.

Like I said, "Zero tech support."
