Years ago I purchased Calendar Creator 12.1 online and now I'm wondering if I truly have 12.1. Looking at the about CC only shows 12. I'm wondering is there a file I'm supposed to look at to verify that I have 12.1 for sure? For example looking at my Creator.exe file properties it is showing 12.0.1.6 from 01.17.2010 10:28 PM. Is this 12.1 or 12.0.1? Is there a way to get 12.1 still before I upgrade to Windows 10?

I am just checking because I thought I remember that 12.1 was supposed to work with Windows 10.

Thanks.

I can tell you what my Windows 10 installation says: 12.0.1.6. It was installed from a Calendar Creator 12.1 disc.

I found this by going to System, Apps (programs), and selecting Calendar Creator. Clicking on it shows this version. It does not show in Calendar Creator's Help window, where I'd normally expect a version to display. Help's window does say "Calendar Creator Deluxe," and I don't know if "Deluxe" was introduced before 12.1.

David,

Thank you for checking on your system. That is what was throwing me off since the Help did not display 12.1. I guess maybe they never mentioned the zero in the version number.

Thanks for confirming!

I'm pretty sure you're right. Yes, the 0 is confusing because you always see CC 12.1. I assume that 12.0.1.6 is the actual version number of the program. Since they used a version in packaging, marketing, and support, my assumption is that they chose to use a .n designation (12.1) for simplicity, even though the version is a .0.n version. Just my guess.
