When I update or add holidays to the months in a calendar I am creating, it loses all info when I go to another month. Photos or clip art stay as I put them. When I completely close the program and go back in, the dates I have entered are all there. How do you keep them viewable at all times when working on the calendar.

It is a bug in the program. The workaround is to use text boxes rather than typing directly into a date cell. See this thread, especially near the bottom where limitations are mentioned.
