Hello,
Finally, and with a lot of troubles ( can not make a directory ...on one of my Windows 8.1 laptops but that is not a problem ) I installed PrintMaster 18.1 on my 2 Windows 8.1 laptops. The real problem is : I can't use any graphic " available online "...there is no download of the graphic
Can someboby help me with this issue please ?

As of this second, I am also not getting the Available Online previews and nothing is downloading. I think they are doing server maintenance again. The last time I used PrintMaster 18.1, there were no problems. I would try it later in the day.

Sometimes we do server maintenance for stability purposes but I don't see anything in my memo's that there is an outage. I'll check and report back.

I've just gotten confirmation that the servers are indeed down. I don't have an ETA for restoration of these services but just wanted to confirm for the both of you so you don't think your crazy into thinking the machine on your end is the problem [:D]
