These webpages are "informational" rather than online commerce sites. However, you can get the necessary code from various HTML/CSS sites and then manually add the code into the HTML files that are generated when you publish to folder. (Requires that you know some HTML.) Or you can purchase a stand-alone website design program that writes the code you require. Dreamweaver is the industry standard, but pretty pricey.
