Banner Printing on continuous paper - 6/5/2008 2:53:12 PM    DeniseKay   Posts: 1 Joined: 6/5/2008 Status: offline When attempting to print a banner, I selected the setup button. there is no option to choose continuous paper. Also under paper source, there is also no continuous paper option. I have a HP Desktop 693C printer that will print continuous paper. I have printed banners in the past utillizing PrintShop T15, but now I am not able to do that either. We cannot find anywhere the option for continuous paper printing. H E L P !!!!!! Post #: 1

RE: Banner Printing on continuous paper - 6/5/2008 3:06:22 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Hi DeniseKay, The only way to print on continuous paper is to select either Continuous Paper or Banner Paper as the Paper Type in the printer's Properties, which is reached by clicking on File | Printing | Print Setup. The problem is that even printers that have the capability of printing on continuous paper will not be able to select continuous paper or banner paper with some printer drivers. So, the first thing you'll want to do is to go to the printer manufacturer's web site to download and install the latest driver for your Operating System. When you said you printed banners in the past utilizing Print Shop T15, but are not able to do so now, were you using the same printer and the same Operating System? If you were not using the same printer, that would have to mean that the other printer offered continuous paper in its Properties.
