I want to create some labels where certain fields are populated from a text file. I tried it but it is pulling in all of the values in each label, rather than putting the first value in the first label, second value in second label, etc.

Hi stanleyman,

It sounds to me like you are trying to do a mail merge. However, to the best of my knowledge, the most recent versions of Print Shop cannot do a mail merge from a text file. Instead, a mail merge requires the use of an Address Book in Print Shop's Ultimate Mail Manager.

For a mail merge, you will need to follow the directions in this pinned item

Mail Merge: Print different names on labels, name tags & postcards
