multiple copies and vista - 7/14/2009 12:47:38 PM    byteasc   Posts: 2 Joined: 7/14/2009 Status: offline I've been trying to help a client with issues with The Print Shop 23 and it not printing multiple copies on his system His printer is a Oki C5800 (which I just grabbed latest drivers) and we're running Vista 32 bit. He is unable to print more than 1 copy of any said document from Print Shop. I have followed the KB article regarding not networking and using it locally, as well as verifying multiple copies works in other programs. This seems to be a Print Shop only issue, and would like to try and find a resolution. The workaround mentioned isn't really viable for the amount of work that they're needing to do and print thereafter Post #: 1

However, as you will see in that FAQ, some printers are not completely compatible with Broderbund software. The printer works fine with Print Shop 21 on a Windows XP system, but fails to on our Vista system with Print Shop 23. I have even loaded Print Shop 21 (although primarily incompatible) to see if it would make a difference, which it did not. The PDF option is a possible workaround, but shouldn't be necessary :/ (in reply to Brandy redux) Post #: 3
