Support policy for electronically downloaded software
If you have downloaded a version of one of our products (not from Broderbund.com) and need assistance resolving issues with billing, license keys, download, or installation please refer to the customer support link on the lower right hand side of the start up screen (before game intro). There will be a few choices on this screen, such as: Purchase full version; continue with trial, etc. Click on Customer Support or Support/Help and click Customer Support Center.
