Hi Paulw76, Try this: 1. Right click on the Birthday Card in the Project Gallery. 2. When the menu drops down, select 'Properties'. 3. When the Properties window opens, make a note of the entire path in the 'File Name' box. 4. Open Windows Explorer, then navigate to that path. 5. If you cannot find the file name in that path, you will have to search the hard drive to find that file name. Then, you will need to move that file name back to the correct path. And, you will need to remember to never move a file after it has been saved in PrintMaster - because PrintMaster always expects the file to be in the same folder where it was originally saved. 6. If you can find that file name in that path, that would mean that your Project Gallery files have become corrupt. To fix corrupt Project Gallery files, you would click on this link Cannot Initialize Your Own Art or Your Own Projects Collection then follow the directions in that pinned item. Even though the error message in that pinned item does not exactly match your problem, it is the recommended solution for correcting corrupt Project Gallery files.
