I am using The Print Shop 3.0 Deluxe and the program shut down today while using it. It opened back up and worked for a few minutes and then it shut down again. Now the program will not open up at all. I rebooted the computer many times, downloaded the updated version of the software, and unistalled the program completely from my computer and then downloaded it again from broderbund.com. None of these attempts worked and the program still does not open up. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the program up and running again? Thanks, WO
The problem you described is a known problem, for which there is no solution - YET. The fix for this problem will be included in the 3.0.5 update for Print Shop 3.0, which has been repeatedly delayed - for technical reasons.
