Special effects - 5/1/2012 6:56:09 AM    rrwdlh   Posts: 1 Joined: 12/5/2011 Status: offline In Print Shop 23, if you clicked on a photo and chose Apply Special Effect you could soften the edges of the photo to make them blend with the background. I can't find that functionality in Print Shop 3.0. Can we still do this? Thanks! Post #: 1
