Hi mfgibson, Since the only purpose of these forums is to provide Functionality (how-to or how does it work) support, those of us who help on these forums are volunteers only - who are neither employed by nor connected with either Customer Service or Technical Support. So, we have no way of knowing why the packages for Broderbund/Encore/Hoyle products do not always include ALL Minimum System Requirements. And, Please do keep in mind that if you purchased Hoyle Mahjongg from a retail store within the last 90 days or from either broderbund.com, encore.com or hoylegaming.com within the last 30 days, you are eligible for a refund - even after the product has been installed.
