Print shop 12-installation - 12/16/2013 12:21:12 PM    Hpmg87a   Posts: 3 Joined: 12/16/2013 Status: offline Got a bug and had to clean-my entire operating system. Now trying to reload PrintShop 12 so all my old projects can be seen, (I have the disc's (1 Install and 1 Program plus all the other discs that came with it when I purchased ) and had this problem originally as I have the old notes, but not how it got solved. As I do the installation disc it gets to about 63% and comes up with and Error Message "Componet Transfer Error" Component-Minimum content file File Group-Content Files Minimum_Install CD File D:Setup/Data2.cab Error: Data error cycdic redundancy check I really like this older version and would like to use it. Any help in trying to get this to be installed would be appreciated. Post #: 1

RE: Print shop 12-installation - 12/16/2013 4:46:25 PM    Kirsten   Posts: 24 Joined: 10/21/2013 Status: offline The cyclic redundancy check error message is often an indicator that the disc which is being used for the installation is damaged or dirty. So, with luck, you will be able to solve the problem by cleaning the disc, then trying the installation again. (in reply to Hpmg87a) Post #: 2
