Hi, I am trying to create a custom label with Onlinelabels.com label #OL350BX. When I print the label, it is always off center. I have windows 7 and just purchased PM 18.1 to replace my pm 18 which is not compatible with windows 7. The same exact thing is happening. HELP!!

Assuming you set up your label project correctly, then perhaps it is a printer driver problem. Download and install the latest drivers for your printer model/ Win7.

According to the Onlinelabels.com website, the label you are using is the same as Avery 5294, which is in the label projects list. Use the Avery 5294 template (Choose Label Stock: Other)
