I have Print Shop 23.1. I used the custom label wizard to add a custom label stock. The label is oval 3.25 X 4.25 with 4 labels per page. I used all the size info provided by with label stock. When I select print preview only one image appears and if I print it prints only one image per page. Would appreciate some help as its my first project.
Thanks

Check to make sure that your paper size is 8.5 x 11. A common mistake is inputting the label dimensions in the paper size.

What did you input for Top Margin?
Left Margin?
Width+Gap?
Height+Gap?
# of columns?
# of rows?

Here are my screen captures. Your numbers should be very similar.

Your numbers look fine, Did you get the four ovals on your Custom Paper Wizard preview, similar to the screen capture?

---------------------

I put your numbers into the Custom Paper Wizard. I started a new project and selected the new label stock. This is how the project looks and how the print preview looks. The only other thing I can think of, assuming you got the four ovals to appear in the Wizard, is that you now have to start a new label project and choose your new stock from the label list.

I did get 4 ovals in the wizard. However, my original project was not started with the 4 oval stock selection. I bet your right. I will start the project over.
Thanks

I did what you suggested and it worked. Apparently in 23.1 you must start out with the label stock selection if you are going to use a custom label stock.
Thanks Again

when I try printing labels (5160) they don't line up. they start at the very top of the paper and therefore print on only part of the label. How do I correct

If your print preview looks correct, I would suggest checking your printer's feed mechanism. If the label stock is not getting pulled in correctly at the start, the stock is not far enough into the printer when the actual printing starts. Result: the print starts too far up the page.

Make sure you have your printer is set for the heavy label stock and not just regular paper.

(I have experienced your problem when using extra heavy card stock. I have to manually give the card stock a little push so the printer rollers catch the edge.)
