The error may be a result of entering the label size. You are not supposed to do that. You must enter 8.5 and 11 for the size of the paper. (in reply to arzanni) Post #: 4

You'll need to submit a tech support ticket: http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/tech_support_frm.aspx?product_id=3780 BTW, these numbers will produce a label that is 3.5 wide, 3.33 tall.
