No manual, Help file non-existant (message to contact tech support that isn't). I can't find a list of differences between my old version and this one. NO read me file in the program file!

Hi Stephh33,

Welcome to the forums! Which product are you referring to that you purchased? Print Shop 3.0 for PC is entitled to Tech Support which is located here: http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/tech_support_frm.aspx?product_id=2827

Tech Support is limited to assisting with issues such as error messages, program crashes and other technical issues that may be causing the program to not work.

If you are referring to The Print Shop 3.0 for Macintosh, this is supported through a third party company Software Mackiev. You can find their support information at http://mackiev.com/printshop/form/tsupport_all.html?ext=1

Otherwise please specify the correct product you need assistance with so we can give you the correct information.
