I find it interesting that Thunderbird email can find Arial Black and Open Office can find Arial Black but Printshop 4.0 cannot. Reinstall from a new link. Did both several times until it installed correctly. They said that would resolve the issue. It is exactly as it was in the beginning. Total waste of time.
