Printing envelopes - 4/27/2018 12:24:39 PM    rjack22   Posts: 3 Joined: 4/27/2018 Status: offline How do you set up your printer to print envelopes from Printshop 4.0? I need to tell the printer to print in the center and not on the left or right. I see no settings to do this in Printshop. Can anyone help? Post #: 1

For example, if the Print Shop project you are doing is a #10 envelope, you must change your printer setting to #10 envelope by changing the paper stock setting in the printer properties dialog box. On my computer, if I leave my printer paper stock setting at its default of letter, my envelope project will print in the center of a sheet of letter size paper. (in reply to rjack22) Post #: 2

As far as I know, printer settings are controlled by the printer drivers, not the Print Shop program, so it's possible that installing the latest printer driver for your make and model, and operating system, will do the trick. And if I don't use the guides then the envelope either goes in crooked (even if I try to guide it) or it doesn't recognize that the paper is there. There is one more thing I can think of to try. I was trying to use the rear paper feeder. that I always have used for envelopes. Maybe I can use the front loading feeder. The guides there can be moved. I'll try that next.
