The beauty of a desktop publishing program is its ability to line up text. This is accomplished by using multiple text boxes and positioning them next to each other. You may be tempted to use the space bar to force distance between words, and this is fine if you are using an old-timey 1970's typewriter. However, doing so will not look quite straight and can make lines start wrapping. You would certainly see this should you decide to change the font size or font family. The following blog article demonstrates using multiple text boxes: http://www.printshop.com/blog/2019/7/20/text-box-layout-wedding-programme-demo.aspx (To display information as on a spreadsheet, you would use a table, not text boxes.)
