Unable to access Ready-Made Templates - 8/15/2019 1:29:50 PM    kcourtney   Posts: 2 Joined: 8/15/2019 Status: offline Hello, I am using Printmaster Platinum (version 7.0.2.245) for Mac. When I click on the Create From A Ready-Made Template button, there are no project types or categories displayed. Rather, the following message appears: Please open or create a new project from the File menu. When I attempt to create a new project (again!) the same scenario is repeated. Is this the first time the ready-made projects do not appear? Or is this the first time running the program and it has always been this way? On rare occasions, there is a content server problem, but it is always temporary. Best case scenario: wait a day and see if it resolves itself tomorrow.
