PM 8 not connect to internet

When trying to access a clipart from PM8 library, I get a message that it cannot connect to the internet.
PrintMaster Platinum <8.0.1.193> encountered the following error:

java.lang.NegativeArraySizeException
at com.storyrock.net.Downloader.getThumbnail(SourceFile:325)
at com.storyrock.dlog.EmbellishmentsDialog$UpdateThumbsWorker.construct(SourceFile:1404)
at com.storyrock.util.SwingWorker$2.run(SourceFile:142)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

If this situation persists, please visit the technical support website at http://support.encore.com
I contacted Encore Support and got an email that the issue had been resolved. This was last week.
I sent a reply that the issue had NOT been resolved and I was still having the same problem
I tried contacting encore support to "Check on Ticket" and it would not let me log in.
I selected the other option "New Support Ticket"
Can anyone help me with this issue?
I can connect to the internet with all of my other programs, so I do have internet access.

We are aware of an issue and are trying to fix this. I know it's not an ideal situation to have this not working but I've let them know of this issue.

You are welcome. We are keeping any eye out on this situation to minimize this but sometimes it can happen.

Also if there are other programs that may be affected, please let us know and I will relay this to our developers immediately.
